Folks, I'm sorry if I am posting in the wrong slot. I photographed a restored Isetta & posted a pic story on my (London, England) local-news site Loving Dalston. If my report is inaccurate or if u want to comment, pls do so at lovingdalston.blogspot.com. I’m no expert and have not yet spoken to the Isetta's owner, so I may have got something wrong.

My father purchased an Isetta for my brother at age 14 in 1963 to drive us to school in Fordyce, Arkansas. Since only a motorcycle license was required, he was legal! It was great fun at the time, and I'll never forget the semi-truck driver that tried to scare us silly by pulling up almost over us as we waited to turn left off the highway one day. It was thrilling?????!!! Believe me, not much happened in tiny Fordyce, Arkansas, way back then for teens or anyone.
