***PLEASE NOTE that the two King Midgets (lots 630 and 630.1 sold for $14,500 EACH, for a total of $29,000, plus 10% buyer's premium. They now live at Allen Unique Autos in Grand Junction, CO.

Looking at the pics you can see that the ID plate is not installed on the fender well inside but you can barely see the 4 holes where it supposed to go.
Also- the handbrake mechanism is not the British type, but the German style, the side marker lamps appear to be European, not Lucas Pig Ears and looking at the coil in the engine compartment it appears to be Bosch, not Lucas.
I am pretty sure this car is from the same seller as the red Heinkel. If so, it is from a guy in Indiana who was bragging on a eBay listing awhile back that the Heinkel was going to sell for $60,000
oh well!
He is not known for his extensive knowledge of Isettas. I wonder if the eventual buyer can get their money back if they find out it is not a proper British Built Isetta? I mean that is what it is being advertised as.

OK, now 741.1. Still not a '57, and does not have the features of a British-built 3-wheeler. Rack and pinion steering? This car appears to be a bastardized German built 1959 3-wheeler. Note the US type door bumper and 2CV type clips on the headlamps.

it also seems to have been De-listed as it no longer shows up in the online catalog, which why the link does not work.

UPDATE: never mind, they just changed the LOT #, so I changed the link to reflect that, now you can look at the rest of the pics of it.
