also- note that the Fiat Giardiniera was previously sold by Bonhams in CT just 2 months ago and the same photos and description are used in this auction, but the “estimate” is almost DOUBLE what the actual sale price was 2 months ago? What is up with that? Did the original sale fall through? or maybe the seller had a matching set of identical cars….

This is a British-built 3wheel Isetta, normally the chassis number for British built Isettas is the letter A followed by 5 digits, this one just has a 6-digit number (?)

This 1941 American Bantam Convertible Coupe sold at the Gooding & Company Scottsdale auction January 21-22 2010 for a hammer price of $39,000

This car was bought by a member of The Vintage Microcar Club!  The same person also purchased the 1956 BMW Isetta Bubble Window cabrio from the Russo & Steele auction that took place the same weekend.
