Here is a partial list of things wrong with the "Fully Restored" car:

Fuel Tank full of old globs of Fuel Varnish and Gunk

No Air Filter

No Air Filter Canister to hold the Air Filter

No Tube to connect Air Filter Canister to Carburetor

No Rubber Air Inlet Tube to connect Air Canister to Rear Air Inlet

No Lever to Shut Off Fuel Tap or switch from Main to Reserve

Existing Fuel Tap Leaks Gasoline, no way to shut it off.

No Decals for Shift Pattern, Choke and Heater Levers or Fuel Shutoff Lever

Front Bumper on Door is not an Isetta Bumper

Rusty Floor has a Battery Box jammed through it , not "restored" in any way.

Undercarriage and Suspension is covered with years of Crusted Oil and Dirt

Speedometer not hooked up (cable missing completely)

Front Shocks have not been rebuilt

Rear Shocks have not been rebuilt

No Front Suspension Bushings have been changed

No Spare Tire

No FUSE BOX!

Oil in Crankcase overfilled

Gas leaking out of Carburetor at overflow valve, no tube on overflow valve, if this drips on a Hot Engine, it will start a fire.

No Door Gasket Rubber! None!

Horn contact non-existent, so Horn does not work.

Dash Lights do not work

Charging System may not charge (can't tell, Generator Light not working)

Rubber on Front Turn Signals Rotted and Cracked

Turn Signals should be Glass, not Plastic

Driver's Window cannot be closed all the way

Passenger Window cannot be opened unless pried. This is wrong.

Engine Cover Bolt holding Engine Cover on is some Bastard TORX Bolt.

Heater Cable Not Hooked up (it's not there at all)

Heater not connected to Engine Shroud

Choke not hooked up (no choke cable)

Sunroof missing Center Bow.

Parking Brake does not work

Brakes do not appear to function.

Shifter Linkage Bushings are dry-rotted and falling apart

All Four Engine Motor Mounts are cracked and about to Fail.

Points Cover is Missing

Engine Compression is 90 lbs. should be 110lbs.
